The Palm Beach Jewelry, Art & Antique Show Is Proud to Support the Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope
Palm Beach, FL (November 17, 2017) – The Palm Beach Show Group is proud to announce that the Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope will be the benefiting charity partner of the Exclusive Vernissage Private Preview at the February 2018 Palm Beach Jewelry, Art & Antique Show. This 15th edition of this annual show will take place February 14-20 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center featuring a stunning selection of art, antiques, and jewelry from some of the world’s most sought-after exhibitors.
The Exclusive Vernissage Private Preview will welcome a select list of attendees (by invitation only) on February 14, 2018, from 4pm – 6pm. This exclusive event will give our special guests a first look at the show, which is known as a highlight of the Palm Beach social calendar and a top destination for artists, designers, and collectors. The Palm Beach Show Group is excited to contribute and support the Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope while presenting the world’s best in jewelry, art, and antiques.
Esteemed guests of the Vernissage Preview will enjoy a first look at the collections of over 170 international exhibitors, boasting fine art, antique and estate jewelry, furniture, porcelain, Asian art, American and European silver, glass, textiles, sculpture, and much more. The special charity reception will be followed by the VIP Opening Night Preview Party, drawing attendees who love art, including museum curators, political dignitaries, collectors, and the social elite.
The Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope is dedicated to helping Palm Beach County residents who suffer from cancer by contributing to their ordinary living expenses. Many whom the Cancer Alliance helps would not be able to afford the expenses of both rent and treatments without the assistance of the Cancer Alliance.
As the official charity partner of the Palm Beach Jewelry, Art & Antique Show, the Cancer Alliance will be the financial beneficiary of the Vernissage Preview. Stanton Collemer, CEO of the Cancer Alliance, said, “The Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope is partnering with the Palm Beach Show Group because we are both committed to hosting events that are synonymous with luxury, yet help to improve the quality of life of others. Together, we can raise much needed funding to assist individuals and families who have faced a cancer diagnosis, and subsequent treatment, by providing need-based financial assistance, information resources, and access to services and support groups right here in our community.”
Scott Diament, President and CEO of the Palm Beach Show Group, is eager to host the fifteenth annual Palm Beach Jewelry, Art & Antique Show and simultaneously donate funds to the Cancer Alliance. “We are thrilled to have partnered with the Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope this year and look forward to assisting them in their humanitarian efforts in Palm Beach,” stated Scott Diament.
The partnership between the Cancer Alliance and the Palm Beach Jewelry, Art & Antique show will provide the perfect avenue for Vernissage attendees to help their hurting neighbors. “Donations from this event will support our work to assist patients with their ordinary living expenses such as rent and mortgage, utilities, auto and health insurance, car payments, food, and other basic necessities. We have recently launched a new program in which clients receive gift baskets filled with these items so the family can focus on their treatment rather than choosing between that treatment or paying bills,” Collemer explained.
Following the Vernissage Preview and the VIP Opening Night Preview Party, six general admission show days will commence. The Palm Beach Jewelry, Art & Antique Show continues to reiterate its reputation as the largest and most prestigious show of its kind, reinforcing its notoriety as the must-attend event for both the art connoisseur and the art-curious.
