Ticket Information & Refund Policy

Tickets can be purchased in advance online about 3 months prior to the 2025 show or at the show Box Office, located inside of the Palm Beach Convention Center.

Tickets purchased for the Palm Beach Show can also be used to attend the General Admission Show days of the Palm Beach Fine Craft located on the 2nd Floor Ballroom of the Convention Center.

IMPORTANT: The Show’s Onsite Box Office at the Palm Beach Show will ONLY accept Cards.

ALL TICKET PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Refunds will not be issued.

Prohibited Items on the Show Floor

  1. Merchandise
  2. Pets/Animals (except service animals as recognized by ADA policy)
  3. Professional audio or video recording devices
  4. Outside food and beverages

Bag Policy

  • No bags or backpacks larger than 12” x 12” x 12”
  • All bags are subject to search upon entry.

Video Surveillance

The Show is Under Video and Camera Surveillance.

Photography/Videography

Cameras, cell phones and other non-professional photography equipment is allowed inside of the show. However, you must first request the exhibitor’s permission to photograph their merchandise. We ask that you respect the exhibitor’s directive on this matter.

We encourage you to share your pre-authorized photos to our official Facebook and Instagram pages and tagging them with the official hashtags: #PBShow #PalmBeachShow

Lost and Found Policy

If you lose an item while you are at the show- you can check with one of the security staff on the show floor or the show office to see if it has been turned in. If the item is not found during the show, please call at 561-822-5440 or email info@palmbeachshow.com

Child Policy

Children are welcome at the Palm Beach Show when accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under the age of 12 are not required to purchase tickets.  Strollers are also permitted inside the show but are subject to search.

Concessions

There will be a restaurant, coffee bar and champagne lounge on the show floor with food and beverages available for purchase. No outside food or drinks are permitted on the show floor.

Parking & Parking Rates

Valet
Valet will be available at both the North and SE Entrances of the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Valet rates will be $20 per vehicle each day.

Parking Garage
With 2000 available parking spaces, the Palm Beach County Convention Center offers paid, self-parking in their 9-story parking garage. It can be accessed off the south side of Okeechobee Boulevard and then a right turn onto S. Rosemary Avenue/Florida Avenue. The garage entrance is at the end of S. Rosemary Avenue/Florida Avenue. Several additional parking garages are available across the street at The Square for overflow parking needs.

Clearance for vehicles is 8′ on the first floor and 7’2″ on all other floors.

Parking Garage Rates

  • $5 for the first 2 hours
  • $1 for each additional hour
  • A Lost Ticket rate may apply
